Calf Stretch # 1

Stand one foot away from a wall.
Extend one leg behind you, keeping both feet flat on the floor,and your rear knee straight.
Lean into the wall until you feel tension in the calf muscle of the extended leg.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Repeat with the other leg.
Repeat 10 times per set.
Do 2 sets per day.
